I need your help regarding a problem dealing with distance, rate, and time?

Mulder leaves Washington at 8:30 AM and averages 65 mph. Scully leaves at 9:00 AM, following the same path and averaging 68 mph. At what time will Scully catch up with Mulder?

I was doing great on my homework up until this problem. All I need is help getting started on an equation and I can take it from there. Thank you. :]
