ok so my school adopted this new policy about vaccinations, and they gave a list of all these vaccines you need to have. i need to find a way to get a record of all the vaccines i have gotten in my life. we had this little record book that we keep(it wasn't official but it was all we had) and it was in my moms pocket and she washed her pants and it got destroyed. now i need to find a way to get a record of all vaccinations but i don't know how. Please help me!
