So a friend gave me a phone he and his wife used before they upgraded to the i-phone. I have a bad habit of destroying phones, so they always keep their left-overs for me, just in case I kill mine. Anyways, it's a Samsung Propel he used for a only few weeks before he upgraded. My problem is it's passworded, like a key lock, and he can't remember what the password is! Is there anyway to reset it without knowing the original? I can't access any of the menus to restore the factory default settings. He hasn't used the phone in nearly a year, so the idiots at AT&T say they can't help. Anyone else have any suggestions?
