I need to write a diary extract as a Field Slave, could I have some help with details.?

Heyy, I've kind of forgotten all the little details about slaves' lives, like what time they woke up at, how they were woken up, whether they were fed once or twice a day, what they wore, things like that.
So if anyone can give me a sort of brief outline of a Slave's Daily Routine please.?
