I am fed up with the coverage of vodafone. I cant call anyone without it saying call failed then i have to call again and again at least 3 times to get onto someone. I want to leave and go to Testra as don't have any coverage problems. The following is what I have started to write as a letter of compaint PLEASE FINISH.
I have been a Vodafone customer since June 2010 and I extremely regret changing my phone contract over to them. Ever since November 2010 to February 2011 and still continuing I have had a major problem with reception when making a call. It takes at least 3 times to call people as every time I call it says call failed nice or I will make a call and half way through it says call fails. This problem
Each month I spend $89.95 with vodafone it is far to much when u cant make a call to anyone . I have heard the problem was around christmas time as a lot of people where using there phone but not for me as it is still happening.
