So i have a gut but not like a popping out one. My question is How do I get slim quickly like within 2 months? Besides working out, what should I eat? what should I cut back? I am very new to this and im like stupid on nutrition. So I would REALLY love some great advice. I want to have just like a slim body and maybe build some muscle and pecs. Please help. Thank you.
