I need to take a picture showing contrast...?

I need to take a couple of pictures showing contrast, but I have no idea what to do.

I took a picture of a plant that had all green leaves, except one was red. Any other ideas?

Oh, and I can take multiple pictures and put them together using Photoshop or another program similar to that.
