I need to start working out and lose about 50 pounds, but I don't have access to a

gym, where do I start? Okay, so I weigh about 240-250 pounds. I'm 6"2. I really would like to weigh about 200 pounds or even less. I've been wanting to lose weight for years but now I've finally found the drive to do so. I'm only 16 so weighing this much at such a young age is not healthy at all. I don't have access to a gym, all I have at home is a weight bench and some dumb bells. Where do I start with this workout plan? Does anyone have a good workout plan that worked for them that they could share? I know weight loss is a slow process but I'd like to lose as much weight as possible in the shortest amount of time... Where do I start?
