...look formal with better english? here is my dilamme. i was granted h1b visa in 2006. until 2008 i didnt leave country at all. in 2008 left for Russia and went to US Embassy there ang given 5 years of visa on my passport. thinking i have 5 years of visa i dint apply to extend my visa for another 3 years. strangly i entered 2 times after my h1b notice expired,luckiy people at the gate didnt check my h1b notice paper but they wen according to my visa. my i94 for is good untill 2012 but i am legally out of status. what can i do know?
