i need to restrict my yamaha diversion 600cc to 33bhp how do i do this and how much?

i need to restrict my yamaha diversion 600cc to 33 bhp as that is the maximum power i am allowed until i have done my 2 years i wondered if there was anyone who could help me out by letting me know what have to do and where from and how much cos i dont know where to go this is a bike i love the look and sound of but dont know anything about.

well, lucky for you, i did the same thing last summer.
i removed one of the spark plugs, and inserted a bolt in the hole, and used some jb weld to keep it in place. heck, a farmer in idaho, or iowa or someplace like that fixed a cracked engine block with it, and is still using it today
 
Take it to a dealer, they should do it reasonably cheap and try and get a deal that they will de-restrict it in two years time,
