I need to re-grease my rear wheel bearing on my bike, how do i take it out?

how do i do it?

and i might need to re-grease my gear assembly's bearing too

because i just washed my whole wheel with dawn soap and the grease is gone.

if soap is bad, what do i use to clean?

and why can't i use black auto grease? what's wrong with it?
