i need to put new piston and ring in my 1991 honda prelude?

i took my car to the shop and they told my my compression is bad...1 piston is showen 60psi and the other 3 is only 20psi....that is bad.....well i was wondering if there is a free online manual to do this....im planning on rebuilding the motor and i was wondering if theres a online site that show u step by step to do this....and what will i need to do this project....its so bad the car wont start...
 
Best advice I could give you, If youre not sure or dont have any experience rebuilding motors, Its best to let an experience mechanic do the work, Of course u could get a another motor from an auto wrecking yard for $500, With low miles. Then try installing it that way on youre own, Get a little experience, You wouldnt want to spend $3500 on a new engine find out it gets messed up, Money is wasted. But its up to you what root you want to go.
