I need to pull a Automatic Transmission from a 1997 V-8 Mercury Cougar XR7.....?

I need to pull a Automatic Transmission from a 1997 V-8 Mercury Cougar XR7.....?
I need to know if there is a place I can go to online that doesn't charge to get detailed instructions on how to pull this transmission and what kind of tools I need to do the JOB.maybe even a be able to print out the steps to carry along underneath the car with me......please help me I have no money to buy anything more than, what I have already spent- that is why I am having to do the work myself.

Well I have to do what I have to do with what I have to do with ..... I need some help on the procedure of it all I can do the work I am sure and I will soak them bolts I have had to do a similar job before and I understand the exhaust bolts are going to hairy if they break - I just have searched the internet to my wits end of finding the printable how to paper I need to referrer to as I go along! Somebody has got to be able to help me out here maybe I am typing the wrong KEY WORDS in to do a search that I need so I am lost I have tried a number of different ways and I know there has to be a site out there that can offer me this information at no cost,.....there just has to be!
 
there are no such sites that i have been able to find. the tranny is an aode. here's some pointers:disconnect the battery cable, remove the 2 starter bolts and hang the starter out of the way, remove the drive shaft bolts. put a pan under the rear of the tranny and slide the driveshaft out of the rear of the tranny(some fluid will come out). disconnect the speedometer and tv cable, unplug the reverse/neutral safety plug, disconnect the shift linkage, remove the dust shield from the lower part of the bellhousing. remove the 4 torque converter bolts(you''l have to rotate the engine to get to all four.) support the trans with a floor jack or tranny jack, there are 6 bell-housing bolts that hold the engine to the tranny, remove these. then remove the cross-member. with some assistance from anther person wiggle the tranny loose and lower it with the floor jack.
