...cost? My car completely stopped and power was gone as I was driving through an intersection( it has been running great up till today, when this happened), I pulled to the side of the road, and called AAA. When the guy came, he checked the battery, and the terminal was all corroded, and he even noticed the electrical lines that go to the battery terminal, were all corroded as well( he said he has never seen anything like that before), they were like slush( it wasn't powdery at all), in fact it looked like the electrical lines just melted. I was wondering what will it cost for something like that( i assume i would have to get new electrical lines, the AAA guy said that the terminals that go to the battery, were attached to an electrical source). I have looked up Battery Terminals and they look very inexpensive, and the AAA guy told me he doubts that it would take longer than an hour of shop time. I have a 2001 Mazda Tribute, with close to 100,000 miles on it, it is a 2 wheel drive, any help would be great, considering money is tight.
