Hello. I want to paint the garage, new townhouse, 2 walls and ceilling are made of drywall, the other wall is concrete. I want to paint it with texturized paint (I already bought it from BEHR). Do I have to paint first with primer or sealer, or I don't need to do that? What about the concrete, do I need also a sealer or primer?. Also I found some primers that say "sealer" also. Do I need a primer or a sealer ? or a primer/sealer combined is OK? Do I need that for both drywall and concrete, can I use the same primer for both drywall and concrete? Thank you for your help
