I need to make a CD for work

It neeRAB to be something that not only is work appropiate, but is something that's good to listen to but can mainly be used to demo various audio systems.

So far, I have two for sure songs on there.

Theory of a Deadman - Santa Monica
Howie Day - She Says (re-recorded version with more emphasis on background music)

Any other suggestions?
