i need to losse Weight in about 3 weeks what exercises should ido i ride my my bike...

I think you not gonna loss a lot of weight just riding a bike.
I've heard about fullbars. It's like a snack bar you eat with glass of water 30 min. before the mill. It fills your stomach and you are feeling full after very small mill. It's created by a bariatric surgeon. That about "how to stop eat so much food?" I just found that site for you It's in sources.

I don't know a lot about weight loss but one of my friends lost about 15 or 20 pounds using some kind of cleansing products. But he was really big. I don't know how exactly it called but I can ask him about it for you. Now is 2:30 am. so it's kind of late or too early to call him. So I'll tell you the name of that tomorrow or may be name of that site if he still have it!
 
How much weight are you looking to lose and why do you want to lose weight in 3 weeks to begin with?

On the flip side:
You could do a low carb diet. You will lose some weight fast with that. The only thing is that you will also lose energy which you need and once you add the carbs back in you will put the weight back on and probably more. I would not recommend it though.

So again my question is, why are you looking to lose weight in 3 weeks to begin with? Your question may not be realistic depending on what you are looking to lose.
 
15 minutes isn't much at all. Ride it for an hour for the most benefits :)

15min is not enough. Ride for at least 25-30min. Technically your body was just getting started exercising. You need to exercise longer.

Eat a big breakfast, small lunch, and very small dinner. Eat small snacks in between. Make sure your meals and 3hrs apart though. And drink only water! That helps trust me, I've lost 50lbs without a dieting. I just ate small portions and only drank water.
