I am 23 years old, 5ft 2in tall and weigh 12st 6lb (174lbs/78.9kg) and BMI 31.8
I used to be this when I was 15/16 years old but managed to lose weight down to 8st 7lb. I did this using slimfast and going to the gym and swam at least 4 morning a weeks doing approx 50-70 lengths and went to the gym a couple of times too after school.
When I was with my ex I got really depressed and turned to food and comfort ate on biscuits and fries and everything I could and have completely undone all my hard work. Now I am with my current partner and despite the fact I know he loves me for who I am I know I need to lose weight for health reasons and to feel more confident in myself.
My dad found a picture of me on holiday the summer i reached 8st7 and it really hit a raw nerve so now I want to lose weight again - I am going to do slimfast again as it works and also because it gives me a better sense of discipline, but unfortunately now I work full time I am out of the house 13 hours a day 5 days a week, I can't go at lunch time since work is two hours away from my gym so I only have weekends free, do you think that only going to the gym twice a week will still be of benefit??
