I need to lose weight but I cant exercise!!
I need to lose weight but I hurt my knee (from exercising) and I cant exercise for a while. I got whats called chondromalacia patella (kind of like runners knee). Since Ive had that (for about a month now), my knee has only gotten worse and I just keep putting on weight since I cant exercise. It has me depressed because I put on weight that I lost when I was exercising.
I need to do something though because I need to be skinny! I know diet pills don’t work. What does? Help!
Dieting is tough for me because when I get hungry I get headaches and cant concentrate. Also, I have really bad willpower. Before when I used to go to the gym, I wouldn’t munch because right after work I would go to the gym and now since I don’t go to the gym I go home and feel sorry for myself and eat! Its horrible.
I cant do any exercise (other than my physical therapy) that aggravates my knee. That includes: running, dancing, jumping, walking (even slow), swimming, e.t.c. Don’t know what to do
