i need to lose a lot of wieght but dont have money or a gym membership?

im a 16 year old girl, 5'5" & 100 pounds over weight, i have tried a lot of different diets none of them worked cause i couldn't keep myself from cheating, and once i cheated i gave up. im willing to go ride my bike or walk or whatever but i would rather have exercises that i could do in my bedroom( very selfconscious and low self esteem) i know that it will take like 1 or 2 years to lose that much weight. i love to cook so any healthy recipes that are good, i cant calorie count or whatever. but any exercieses (i have a exercise ball and some weights thats about it) would be good thanks
