Okay so I'm currently 15 and 3/4 I turn 16 in May 31st. I'm 5'7 last time I got checked for my height. I think I may have grown but IDK how to measure myself. Anyways I currently weigh 194 I want to lose 60 pounds for my ideal weight 134. My mom cooks for me most of the time, I'm going to be honest my family does not make healthy decisions. Every single person including me in my (family family) not cousins and stuff! Are overweight or obese it's sad. They basically make us eat anything that makes us feel full. How can I do this? Oh I have p.e. for 2 hours but we don't do much. I only have p.e. Monday's, Tuesdays (for a hour and a half) and Thursday"s. I never have time to exercise like on Wii Fit Plus due to homework and my t.v shows? Help?
Um yeah I forgot to say that I can't miss my shows that's not a option. Oh and my family expects me to do homework for at least a hour per class so I do at least 5 hours a day.
I also live in a shady area so it won't be best to run outside. Oh and my parents wouldn't let me even if I didn't live in a shady area their overprotective.
