I used to weigh 115, now I weigh 176. I want to get back to my original weight, or something close to it. I was pregnant and lost the baby. I gained some weight from that, I also stopped getting exercise when because I didnt have time, I realized that it was because i was getting lazy, I can always make time. I just need some ideas of how to lose the weight sorta fast.
