procedures vary in different parts of the usa. usually u bid on the square footage (HVAC) of the interior. two dollars per square for custom with staining. touchups after first paint are about a dollar a square. the homeowner/builder will furnish the footage from the plans and is responsible for material purchase and colors picked. good luck...
