So my boyfriend has a class 4 felony pending, he stole a radiator and sold it (dumb shit) and the cops arrested him and the person he was with, the person he was with got 12 months in the pen. and my boyfriend got 5 at county 5 at a work ethic camp and probation, well he violated probabtion and is now sitting at county again and is facing 20-60 months time served he has 26 months what are the chances he has to go to the pen???
