...Honda civic? We figured out that the wiring harness that connects to the power windows was bad. Ordered a new one, but are pretty sure we have the wrong one. Does anyone know which wiring harness is needed to fix power windows and power locks?
The part of the wiring harness that goes through the door and to the master switch was corroded and some of the wires were disconnected, it was a mess! It was definitely the problem! So we ordered a new wiring harness, but it is not the right one. There are different ones you can order. We need to know the exact one.
We ordered the part from cheaphondaparts.com and the lady swore that this was the right harness for what we needed, but she was wrong, and on the box it said that wiring harnesses are non-returnable no matter what the reason is. We paid close to 300.00 for it. So we are out of luck, and still don't have the right harness.
