I need to know what would be the best internet for me to get in Haiku, Maui?

Moving to a place thats pretty far out in Haiku, close to Twin Falls. I know roadrunner doesn't service there, so how do I find out which internet would be the best, or even which ones are available!!? The home owner said I would need to get a dish for tv and have a phone kine internet, I am not familiar with either so any info is so helpful!! Mahalo!!
 
This is the only public domain internet, better known as the Internet. Unless you want to work on Internet2, which is typically only for Universities. I suggest you stay on this one, it works just fine.
