Vehicle or not.? Is it a gas hog or not. I have heard that they break down all of the time, are bad on gas and cost a lot to get repaired. My mom and dad are looking at one to buy that is handicap accessible and we just don't know anything about this vehicle at all. Any one who has had one or someone they know has that has any information about their performance I would love to hear from you with an opinion. It would be very much appreciated. Thank You

Reliability of a used car is really more a question on how well the car was maintained not on how well it was built. This van is now 8 years old. If the previous owners took care of the vehicle it will be reliable to the extent that any older car will be.

All cars break down, they are machines and machines wear out over time. They need to be maintained and repairs need be be done. Will it cost a lot to repair a Chrysler? No more than it would a Toyota, Chevy or Honda minivan. Are they gas hogs. No! In fact they lead their class in fuel economy. Better than Toyota, Honda, Nissan or VW.

Chrysler has sold a lot of mini vans. They do a good job designing them, building them and selling them. Do your homework, have the vehicle checked out by a certified mechanic. Make your decision based on the information in front of you.

Chryslers in general are not very reliable vehicles. They arent much good over 100k miles. Their transmissions SUCK!
