...hood without being in the car? OK i am asking my guy friend to prom and i want his car not to start and have him lift his hood and there be a sign underneath his hood. I don't know if there is a non dangerous way for his car not to start...and i don't know if it is possible to open his hood without being inside of his car. HELP. =/
