Ok im 18 5 6 and weigh 122 im not entirely in shape.. i want to be toned in the thigh,, but,, arms.. hips.. so can you give me some exercizes to really help out to tone up fast?? I have love handles that i would like to get rid of.. so plz if you could give me a bunch of workouts and exercizes that give good , fast results that would be lovely.. thanks yall!!
