Ok so i was thinking that i needed to get bigger & stronger as fast as possible i think if i work out for about 9 weeks ill be how i wanna be and in shape. Im 14 & i wanna do it as fast as possible i also was thinkinqq that I i need a routine & a diet so if any trainer or anyone who knows about working out please tell me through this or txt me im available at all times (914-803-5279)
