I need to image a QNX OS (on flash) to another flash from Windows. How to do it?

I see may products, but the freeware ones have failed. I think my computer hardware is too new for them.

Is there a paid-for product I can use?

I already have a usb > compact flash reader.

Thanks in advance for your answers.
In addition, any bootable media would be fine, as long as its not too involved...
