I need to help talking with girls?

I am 16 and i need help talking with girl, i can't find topics, and idk how to increse my knowledge on what they like for some girls they like Justin thing idk if its a boy or a girl and fire flies and if i start to talk about that i am a little fruity guy. so how do i talk to girls as if i am new to them.( girls i like).
