I need to have built a modern 3 wheeler bicycle?

it needs to have suspension,mountain bike tyres and good gears.
I currently have a Pashley but its just not up to the job
The reason i need it is im disabled down one side of my body...but love cycling
 
So what's your question? By the way, there is no such thing as a three wheeled bicycle - its a tricycle (A bicycle has 2 wheels). Even a quad-bike is miss-named.
