I Need To Get The Photos Off My Camera?

I have a cheap digital camera that i got for 20 bucks at walgreens and i lost the software for it and now i cant get the pictures off it but the computer does recognize that it is plugged in but doesent see the photos on it is there any way to get the photos off it? I also have paint shop Pro and i think there is a way to get photos off with that but im not sure.
it is all usb there is no memory card everything is internal SDRAM
