...have a title or registration help? I bought a dirt bike from a family who didnthave the title because the lady who he bought it from lost it. Anyways I need to get a WA state ORV tag. What do I need to get one? how can I get a title for it? Help anyone?? PS I called a DMV the lady was no help just mean and short with me! Any answer would be greatly apretiated :)
