There are 3 main characters (I think), whom are guys.
The main main character is a guy wearing white (?) and his arm is a metal chain which is able to extend very far. There's another main character that wears black and samurai type.
But the key difference in this anime is that the main main character has a metal chain for an arm.
I forgotten some parts of this anime already since i watched it in 2004 or 2005.
