how do you know HE sold your email address '
do you have any PHSYCAL proof you can show a judge?
did you know
his computer could be infected with trojan horse= which sends out
spam using his email address and he may not even know it?
and where are you going to sue in Kansas ? in austraila?
how will you deliver the summons?
do you have his address?
who's going pay for him to come to court?

I found out that this guy sold my email along with 2 million other emails to anyone who wanted it for profit gain. I know that this is illegal, and I have plans to sue this guy. He lives in Australia (Melbourne, Victoria to be exact) according to his IP, and I live in the state of Kansas of United States.

I am looking for some bill or law or something that can help me that basically states you can't give someone your e-mail for spam purposes unless you have permission, or something saying you can't sell it for profit or gain, or something similar.

Please help me, as I have major spam coming in from people he sold it to. Links are extremely important and helpful.
