I've looked up and called Financial Advisers and all I hear from them are "oh yeah, we can give you a zero percent interest credit card to consolidate your unsecured debt and we'll get you invested some really great funds." The thing is I'm not interested in investing (YET). I'm not looking to consolidate my debt either. I want to have someone look at what is coming in each month and where my money is going and then for them to say "Do this... and then do that. Cut out this... do this for your property taxes, etc... "
My question is: what are those people called? I've tried looking up Financial Advisers and all I get are the investment people and when I search for other types of financial help, I find debt consolidation. I don't want either. Any ideas?
