i need to encrypt my flash drive!!?

i need to encrypt my flash drive. are there any security programs that:

1) is command prompt based, therefore, you would be able to get into your flash drive by entering your password
2) has the best encryption types
3) has a sort of "old" feeling to it

are there any encryption programs that let me do that??

Don't let your desire to feel 1337 by using a command line interface interfere with good security.

Or use PGP.
