i need to create a mobile application and cant figure out the html coding help?

hi can anyone help me im trying to create a mobile application and need some help with the html coding.. i need a code that will allow me to:
1- assign a button on my phone to do a certain action
2- allow a button to send my gps location via sms to certain numbers that i will write down
please help if you can pleasee
