I need to copy a photo to Word or alternative and then edit it.?

I want to take a photo of a foreign document,take it from "My Pictures" then load it into a translation website. I may need to edit it also. Any ideas please ?

You need OCR software. It will convert characters (in the picture) into text that can be edited.
