I need to convert a swf video to mp4 without losing quality...?

What online converters are available to convert an flash swf format to a mp4 format on a MAC, please help its really important I find one, preferably for free I'm a student, and if possible without a watermark or at least a small watermark if any.

aww thank you so much but that doesn't seem to recognise the swf either any other suggestions?
