Okay so...I wanna start working out again...i did in the winter and early spring but then i got lazy and at that time i wore my hair in box braids.. I have been wearing my hair out lately in a perm and it looks so gud..its very big and full which is why i dont want to put it back in braids..but i know that it might mess wen i start workin out..i was think i wud wear a head band to catch the sweat..but am not sure that'll work..or shud i jus wrap it?....i dont know..does anyone have any suggestions on what wud help me out..it'd be greatly appreciated..thanx
