I weigh 72 kgs which is 158 lbs my height is 5'7 which is 173 cm, I am not fat but I'm not fit. I want exercises steps to do at home, I have a tredmill and thats about it. I don't have dumbbells and I have just started working out. I wanna be fit more than having muscles, I don't wanna be all buffed up. I am a male, I wanna be fit like a girl lol don't get me wrong. I mean I want to be fit but not all muscly. Thanks in advance
