I called out today due to the Flu. I spoke to the store manager and he said if you can at least try to make it in well I was too sick to make it in. My mother went over there to do some shopping and he had marked me a no call no show and I called in 3 hours before my shift started, I also have a doctors note. Is there any way he can fire me and if he does fire me do I have a Law Suit against the company because I have a note from the doctor keeping me out of work march 17 18 and 19 and to return on the 20th ?
