Try to google her name & location, "car accident", I have found people who I was curious about that way at times.

contact local police although your not a family member they should still help you out but they don't have to

sometimes news websites will have the information. also the funeral site might have information and who ever took care of the crash would as well, which would probably just one for the area where the crash was located. i hope you find out. good luck
