Hi Everyone,
I am going to a new Neurosurgeon Wednesday morning and need some advice in how to respond to the Dr. I have pain in my right and left mid-back, and also lower back. How do I explain what the pain feels like when he ask me?
I can be on my feet for maybe 20 minutes and then my mid-back and lower kind of feels like someone has a big hand and is pushing it against my back, or like I'm being squeezed in all those areas. After 20 minutes I have to sit down with my feet up. I already know through MRI that I have bulging disk and protruding disk. Also had a T12 fracture that was fixed in January with cement procedure. I'm 59 years young, female, and have Osteopenia.
