Hello,
Yesterday my daughter went to the school with her cellphone.
In her school the cellphone isnt permitted, so they took it off from her. But in that phone she had some photos of herself naked. So she turned off the phone and she gaved it to the teacher.
The teacher gaved it to the director.
And what did the director did? He called me to get the cellphone tomorrow at 8 AM.
When i went to get the phone of my daughter, he told me that my daughter have naked photos in her cellphone (i knew that). Etc etc....
I was just about to kill him.
Who gaved him the permission to turn on the cellphone, check the msgs, calls and PHOTOS..
Is that legal? Im just about to hire a lawyer. I readed the manual, and in the manual says. Any phone that is taken from the student will be it confiscated and will be given to the parents or at the end of the year.
