im starting up a small business for the summer. it's going to be a bakery and i cant use the certified kitchen at the local high school, i cant use the cafeteria kitchen either. what im asking is that does anyone know how to get a residential kitchen certified so that i can be able to sell goods on the market. i want to know who i can contact so i will be able to do so. i live in Ontario Canada so please help!
