i need some serious help

i jus upgraded from a 7230 to a 7290 for tmo. i have the add on plan. the 7290 did not come with a browser. can some one please help me get the browser running
 
Also, try taking the battery out and putting it back in, you might need to resend your service books, and also is your new blackberry, has it been locked down...(the pin/ IMEI number locked?)
 
also make sure the CS rep switched over all your functionality from your previous phone to your new one...especially if you have a @blackberry.tmobile.com e-mail
 
You can send yourself the service books from your MyT-Mobile.com account or from the set up internet email icon on your phone. If neither of these work, after doing host routing table and popping the battery out, you'll have to contact T-Mobile to make sure that you are still provisioned correctly on their end and on Blackberry's.
